HOW IT WORKS

Our SOCIAL GRANT PLANS are now available to apply and sign up for. Starting from R119 pm for individuals and R159 pm for family plans, this is a great all-round cover plan.

You have the option of either a cash payout or a funeral package at the same value. The SOCIAL GRANT PLAN gets deducted directly from your grant so you can have peace of mind that you will always be up to date and never miss a payment. WhatsApp us for more info:

IDENTIFICATION

All joining forms / contract must be signed / left fingerprint by Main Member (client) & Tswelopele Representative. Attach a copy of your ID/Birth Certificate. Please copy and send it to Head Office within 7 days of joining.

TERMS & CONDITONS

Tswelopele shall render the service as specified in the selected package, only one claim per deceased (gp/dp/sp is limited for one claim)
All dependents must be on the cover and have reached 3 months waiting period
Any policy holder older than 3 months of age must be added on the cover to qualify the benefits
Additional km: R12 per km
4 mnths – 11 mnths > R1500-0
Skip 2 monthly premiums – no benefits and policy lapses automatically after 37 days of non-payment
Children under 13yrs: funeral & food only / still born (all pregnant mothers must register their pregnancy at any Tswelopele branch and after giving birth they must register the baby within 30 days of birth): coffin & delivery only / 1 day 11 months must be registered to get children’s benefits
All new members joining is strictly 3 months waiting period
2 years waiting period for person committed suicide
Acciden - no waiting period from other funeral parlour if cover is up to date (full funeral service with flat lid)
1 month waiting period from other funeral parlour (casket 1 TC)
