Important information
When joining Policy from Tswelopele, copy of ID, Birth Certificate, Passport or Church Certificate are required.
- Waiting period VIP 1 & 2 -6 months, VIP 3 & 4 -9 months, Suicide - 24 months
- Payments must be up to date
- Only two policies can be registered on a person, not exceeding a cover amount of R50 000,00. When the application is processed, and the system picks up cover exceeding the maximum allowed amount the client will be informed to replace the member
- Premiums are due monthly as set out in the application form
- Please see the application form for full
terms and conditions - Accidental death - full cover if first premium was paid

All joining forms / contract must be signed / left fingerprint by Main Member (client) & Tswelopele Representative. Attach a copy of your ID/Birth Certificate. Please copy and send it to Head Office within 7 days of joining.
