All joining forms / contract must be signed / left fingerprint by main member (client) & Tswelopele representative. Attached copy of your ID/Birth Certificate. Please copy and send it to Head Office within 7 days of joining.
- Tswelopele shall render the service as specified in the selected package, only one claim per deceased (gp/dp/sp is limited for one claim)
- All dependents must be on the cover and have reached 3 months waiting period
- Any policy holder older than 3 months of age must be added on the cover to qualify the benefits
- Skip 2 monthly premiums – no benefits and policy lapses automatically after 37 days of non-payment
- All new members joining is strictly 3 months waiting period
- All lives insured under Tswelopele Wealth Plan must be South African residents and in possession of a valid SA ID number.
- An insured life may not be covered more than twice on any Tswelopele Wealth Plan and only come as a main insured life.
- Any child covered on the Tswelopele Wealth Plan will be allocated a benefit amount based on their age at claim event.
- These may be subject to legislative changes as the benefit that can be paid to children under the age of 14 is limited by law.
- The main insured, insured dependents and extended members are covered for death due to natural causes after 6 months.
